We progress all commissions using the RIBA Plan of Work format to drive each project efficiently through its various stages.
We act as the Leader of the Design Team and co-ordinate the input of other consultants where this is required.
For a number of clients, we ourselves directly employ the other consultants, providing a single point of contact.
We Project Manage commissions ranging in scale from modest domestic or commercial jobs to large roll out programmes over multiple sites throughout the UK.
